RJH briefed Angle Limited to design and develop new lease proposal templates for five landmark Auckland CBD buildings in their portfolio. RJH were keen to reinforce their brand presence and showcase some of their key buildings. The final templates needed to include editable and non-editable content such as location, amenities, lease terms and floor plans.
Formed in 1961 by Sir Robert Jones, RJH is New Zealand’s largest private CBD office building owner, and specifically, the largest in Auckland and Wellington with 26 buildings in total. With circa 900 tenancies in, Wellington, Auckland, Sydney and Glasgow the company’s assets now exceed NZ $2 billion
In the final lease proposal designs, a black and gold colour palette oozes quality. This is blended with high quality colour photography of the building exteriors and interiors and a custom-drawn CBD map. The new lease proposals provide a high quality, impactful summary of what it means to be part of the RJH portfolio and what they offer to tenants looking for quality CBD office space.
