Hawk Ellery is well established as one of New Zealand’s leading freight and logistics experts. In 2024 they created a sister company to deal only with pharmaceutical and bio logistics. Pharma Logistics New Zealand was born and Angle Limited was brought in to create a brand strategy and brand identity.

Angle’s brand strategy painted a clear picture of the new business – a specialist in their field. PLNZ is more personal than the larger, generalist global competitors. They deliver time-critical and temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical and bio shipments efficiently all over the world. And they operate with a friendly, flexible team of experts who are networked with all the right people globally.

A family resemblance

The PLNZ logo has a very deliberate resemblance to the Hawk Ellery logo because they are sister companies. The new brand identity is simple, practical and fresh. It avoids overly-detailed communications and instead focuses on PLNZ’s value and key points of difference.

Delivering a new brand package

So far Angle has worked with the PLNZ team on their launch communications, a new website, packaging, email signatures, business cards and fleet branding.
